It is reported by the United Nations, the press service of the Organization.

In a statement, the mission noted that the work of UN representatives was compromised. “Refusal of access is a violation of Ukraine’s obligations as a state party to the Optional Protocol to the Convention against Torture We are not able to visit some of the places where, according to numerous serious allegations contained arrested people, and which can be used torture or ill-treatment.” - Said the head of the delegation Malcolm Evans.

He also stressed that the United Nations expects from Kyiv to fulfill its international obligations under ratified the 2006 Optional Protocol.

In July 2015, the first Ukrainian hackers lurking under the pseudonym “CyberBerkut” caught volunteer battalions Interior Ministry and SBU in hundreds of crimes. The group published the relevant documents on its website. In particular, the hackers said that the SBU officers kidnapped Disloyal people.
