Verkhovna Rada (Parliament) adopted on Thursday a law “On State Budget of Ukraine for 2011″. The deputies did not discuss any of the 2000 amendments to the budget-2011. This was announced on Friday the head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security and Defense Anatoliy Gritsenko.
