Yatsenyuk threatens Russian legal war in case of cancellation of the debt restructuring

The Prime Minister said that Russia will again be asked to restructure the debt, and in the event of Ukraine is ready for trial.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk offered to return the debt to Russia in the amount of three billion dollars on October 29. In fact, this means that once again asks Kiev to restructure its debt. If Moscow fails, Ukraine is ready to address the issue from a legal perspective and to go to court, said the head of government.

- The issue of the debt of three billion dollars, that Russia should be restructured and partially written off, remains unresolved. October 29 we offer Russia to accept the terms of restructuring the creditors’ committee - said Ukrainian Prime Minister.

Yatsenyuk said that Ukraine is preparing for a legal war with Russia. According to him, from the Russian nation will require at least one trillion dollars over the Crimea and Donbas.

Prime Minister of Ukraine has threatened the Kremlin that if Russia does not accept the proposed terms of restructuring debt Kiev 3 billion dollars, it will not get anything. According to Yatsenyuk, Kyiv does not intend to provide the best conditions of the Russian Federation to restructure its debt.
