It is noted that most of all in 2015, Ukraine’s economy is suffering from the conflict in the Donbass.

2. Kiev for several billion increases the cost of ATO

It is reported by the press service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
According to the law, will be increased expenditure in the budget of Ukraine for the ATO nearly 5.3 billion USD. In particular, 5.140 billion hryvnia will go to the needs of the Ministry of Defense in connection with the continuation of the mobilization, and 158.7 million hryvnia powered army.

The bill reduces the costs that are allocated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
In addition, it is proposed to reduce the costs of the National Academy of Sciences, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, BP apparatus, state administration, the Prosecutor General, the Ministry of Energy and Mines and other departments.
