In Sevastopol, Russia's newly arrested Tank

Ukrainian traffic police officers Sevastopol detained today two Russian armored personnel carrier of the Black Sea Fleet. According to preliminary data, BTR detained because of failure to comply with traffic regulations.

This is the fourth case this year, when the authorities stopped Sevastopol Russia's armored columns. Ukrainian officials have said that the reason for detention is that the Black Sea Fleet command not agreed on the movement of military equipment from the city arms with law enforcement agencies that could provide convoy escorts and a green corridor.

Recall that in June this year, Ukraine's traffic police officers detained a bus with BSF troops of Russia and under false pretenses does not allow them to continue to move to the designated place of more than 19 hours. All this time, soldiers of the Black Sea Fleet were on the bus.
