Ukraine has been without IMF credit: politicians can not agree

Presidential Secretariat, Cabinet and National Bank of Ukraine can not agree on the implementation of the program stand by between Ukraine and the International Monetary Fund for Kiev fourth tranche of the IMF loan.

He noted that the IMF legislation to raise the sotsstandartov is not a major impediment to the next tranche. Meanwhile, Yushchenko does not intend to veto the law. "Out here alone - we need to make changes to the budget law for 2010. This is a small amount. Cabinet simply forced to comply with the law", - said A. Shlapak.

"As for next year - he said - then necessarily have to revoke the law on the budget, which the council made now because he categorically do not like the IMF, given that is built on the defunct base.

A. Shlapak declined to predict when Ukraine will be able to get the next tranche from the IMF.
