Ogryzko: Ukraine says one pro-Western voice

Millions of Ukrainians want to come to Poland. Beginning with the first of April, hundreds of thousands of Western Ukraine will start to apply for Polish Charter, that is, a document that gives almost all of the rights of Polish citizens: the ability to legally live and work in Poland, the right to social and medical care, free education, scholarships, discounts on tickets for rail or free entrance to museums. There will only be able to vote in Polish elections.
