Ukraine might turn to Russia for a loan

Still hoping to get from the International Monetary Fund credit line to $ 19 billion, Ukraine does not exclude that as a fallback apply for financial assistance to Russia. According to Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Tigipko, Kiev may obtain loans from other sources.
