State Duma proposes to terminate the treaty of friendship with Ukraine

The State Duma invited the president and government of Russia to consider Russia’s withdrawal from the Treaty on Friendship, Cooperation and Partnership with Ukraine if she implements a plan of official Kiev to join NATO.
