Tymoshenko has promised the IMF does not honor the law

Premier Yulia Tymoshenko states that the Government will not implement the decision to raise social standards to the verdict of the Constitutional Court.

She announced this at a meeting with foreign ambassadors on Wednesday.

According to Tymoshenko, "the budget has no resources" to implement the law on improving sotsstandartov.

"To finance this law in this financial crisis is impossible, it destroys the financial system of Ukraine. But this law is contrary to what the IMF was signed by the president," - protested Tymoshenko.

"And the president filed a change in the budget, which supposedly deliver improved social standards. If parliament adopts the law, the government can not implement it," - she said.

"And while the Constitutional Court decides that the law is unconstitutional, we do it will not", - said Tymoshenko.
