Part of the property Tymoshenko and Lutsenko arrest - the deputy prosecutor general Gavrilyuk

On the part of the assets of ex-premier Yulia Tymoshenko and ex-Interior Minister Yuriy Lutsenko during a pretrial investigation under arrest, said Deputy Attorney General Michael Gavrilyuk.

“In all criminal cases, which are now sent to the court, the property of the accused under arrest”, - said M. Gavrilyuk at a briefing in Kyiv on Thursday.

At issue, whether it be property of Yulia Tymoshenko and Lutsenko, M. Gavrilyuk replied: “No exceptions”.

M. Gavrilyuk recalled that according to the suit, which the Interior Ministry showed Yuriy Lutsenko, the damages caused by him to the state, estimated at 978 thousand UAH.
