AMC offers UMC and Kyivstar clean up fee

Kastusyou noted that the company must within one month to disassemble the recommendation and to give ACU a full justification for their actions.

Committee is prepared to consider any suggestions of companies to address this issue. At the same time if the options will not be found, the committee reserves the right to disclose the cause of abuse of monopoly power. Kastusyou have said that the company did not give justification to the committee setting up fee of $ 27 kopecks.

At the same moment, company representatives said at the meeting that such justification exists. In this regard, the Committee will consider instituting proceedings in connection with the provision of information by companies partly available and may impose fines.

According to AMC, the establishment of UMC and Kyivstar fee is not typical in the face of serious competition in the market.
