Tymoshenko received an order to institute criminal proceedings. She argues that Yanukovych instructed Prosecutor General’s office to put her behind bars

Former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko received today a decision on criminal proceedings.
“I was given an order to institute criminal proceedings”, - Tymoshenko told reporters, emerging from the building of the main investigation department of General Prosecutor’s Office.

BYuT leader Yulia Tymoshenko claims that the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych instructed the Prosecutor General’s Office to find grounds for bringing it to criminal liability.

“The Attorney General’s Office in all the offices saying that Yanukovich had personal instruction manual Prosecutor General’s Office to find any reason, no matter what, but for 3-4 months to put me in jail”, - Tymoshenko said on Wednesday, reporters entering the building central investigation department of the Prosecutor General, where she received a summon under criminal investigation.
