Yushchenko prohibit information prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine

Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko signed a decree obliging the government of Yulia Tymoshenko together with the Security Service of Ukraine in the three months to develop a “legal mechanisms for identifying, fixing, training, blocking and removal from the Ukrainian segment of Internet information dissemination is prohibited by Ukrainian law, then the bill will be submitted for consideration to the Verkhovna Rada, said “New Region”.

The very text of the decree on “Urgent Measures to ensure the security of Ukraine” published on the website of President of Ukraine and is the decision of the Council of National Security and Defense of Ukraine. Among other things, the text of the decree contains the following words: “With the participation of SBU in the three months to develop a bill to strengthen criminal liability for illegal collection, storage and use or dissemination of personal data without the user’s consent.”
