With regard to the former prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko filed a new criminal case - for the imposition of corporate debt, “United Energy Systems of Ukraine” on the Ukrainian budget.

As the correspondent of UNIAN reported by the Chief of Investigation Department of the Security Service, Ivan Derevianko at a briefing in Kiev.

“The main investigations directorate of the SBU opened a criminal case against Tymoshenko and Ukrainian citizens Lazarenko,” - he said.
The investigation accuses Yulia Tymoshenko in the fact that it has transferred the debt to the Russian Defense Ministry were directed to the amount of 405 million 500 thousand dollars to the state budget of Ukraine.

Derevianko said that Yulia Tymoshenko, as president and de facto owner of the corporation “United Energy Systems of Ukraine”, by prior agreement with the former Prime Minister Pavlo Lazarenko made an attempt on the State Budget of Ukraine embezzlement in a large scale by assigning to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine obligations of private corporations were directed to the Defense Ministry.
